My experience is in Marketing of employee benefits. I have realized my interest in the HR field through my work. Currently, in India there are few colleges like XLRI which provides expert training in that domain. As I'm planning to move to Canada eventually, it would give me a head start in Human resources thorough a college course. So, I hope it answers why HR. Now, the challenge is that I am already a masters in marketing domain and that is why I need advice on how to go about it.
