I am working as a Finance Manager in Scotland for a Franchised Supermarket store. I am in this role for 2 years now. Before that I was working for the same company but as a part timer having a job as a Finance administrator for 2 years.
the business has an approx £1 million turn over per annum. We have 10 employess altogether.
what do you guyz think? will this role be sufficient enough to attain 15 points? how can i sketch my job role/responsibilities to convince the visa officer.

I understand from your note that you have a total of 4 years of experience. Generally the main duties section in this link will mention what they want from a supervisory role like guiding jr Finance managers .. clerks etc. So if your job responsibilities matches the ones written over here then you should be good to go.
