Let me tell my immigration history. I finished 2 year hotel management program in Ontario. However I was not able to find the job and moved to Manitoba last year. By the end of August it should be one year as I work for a pizza restaurant as a manager. My employer is going to offer me a long time job offer as well. Would I be able to get 500 points for that job offer (as it says on the ranking pints grid,factor 5 adaptability) or that is for demand jobs only?
Any advice would help.
