Say I am graduating with a 4 yr degree programme in winter semester,that is in April.Does any1 know when is the best time to apply for post-graduate work permit?...Do I apply before my study permit expires?But if I do,wnt they reject my application coz am not graduate yet as I wnt be havin the "Degree Certificate" from thte University,untill a month,that is May.My Study Permit expires April.Or should I apply for PGWP in April and tell them that am still waiting for my Degree Certificate and hence hold my file till then and go to implied status?...Seniors plz help...thnx..
