No jobs here. Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job.

Realistically you are not going to get a WP to be a car driver in Canada. First if all most people drive their own cars in Canada and then there are also many who drive cabs or drive for uber since driving cabs is a dying industry and the medallion system has created a nightmare for many taxi drivers. If you want a better chance to get a WP learn how to drive a large truck or heavy equipment and get experience in the industry plus look into licensing in Canada.
