in my case... i'm still working with the same employer and i'm processing my applicaion through on-line. i was being ask if i have a LMO from HRDC and i was being ask to upload it.. so i just wanna know if i could upload my old Positive LMO or my employer needs to get a new one?
 
If it is expired, you employer needs to apply for a new one after advertising the position for at least 14 days and can show that no Canadian citizen or PR applied or qualified.
