You will definitely receive an AOR be it any VO. What NDVO sometimes does is clubs both MR and PPR1 together but they most certainly do not skip AOR.
Have patience.

We are long way from that at the moment.
CIC has only reached May 9th as of now.
But thanks for asking

nishesh can you explain the steps after submitting the application.
i am confused with the words NDVO PER AOR
what is the full form of this and what is the order for each
thanks ;D
I am about to file my application. just wondering, what should I write in the National Identification document. I have my PAN card and driving license from India but not sure if these are accepted by CIC as valid National Identification documents. Please help.

NDVO - New Delhi Visa Office
PER - Positive Eligibility Review. You receive it generally via an email at least around 4 to 6 weeks after your CC/DD has been charged or encashed.
AOR - Acknowledgement of Receipt. Sent by your designated VO (Probably NDVO in your case) after PER has been sent and your file has been received by the VO (in New Delhi in your case).

Select 'NO' if you are an Indian Citizen. We do not have a NID that's recognized (supposedly).

I am talking about 2173 Software engineers and designers NOC.
I have calculated my points subject to 20 points of ILEST which comes to 69.
I am worried that my marital status affects my file or anything else?

FYI - NDVO is not NOT sending out AORs this year (at-least none of the applicants have reported it yet to my knowledge).
