I am outland applicant.. I created accont long ago i got nominatin Nov 2016. Sent to CIC for PR April 6 2017. AOR recd 22 June 2017. but i didnt receive a file trasnfer AOR which you all are receiving...nothing after that.

You can still apply. Open it and choose $16 option. Most reasonable and trusted option.

Why not. You can apply . Don't choose Privacy option between 2. When u r applying.
No need to get her card details for payment.
You can choose your indian debit or credit card.

Never forget to attach IMM 5744 (10-2016) E form, completed and scanned in pdf format at the time of applying.

In above mentioned form, You and your spose must fill and sign section A and B. In section C, u have to fill details of canada relative with their email address. They will send gcms in relative' s email only.

Thats not a problem.. mine reach 05th april and got AOR 22 Jun.. so similar timeline.. file should have been transferred by now to local viza office.. which country you are from?in case doubtfull GCMS notes will help.

@ASHU: IMM5744 has to be filled only if someone else raising GCMS notes on our behalf? Or applicable to all who issue GCMS. I tried to download the pdf but it gives error. So checking with you
