NBPNP Questions about the way how to fill the forms

Greetings,

I have many questions and I think some of them are basic ones but I have to ask to check :

- I am thinking to apply to NB nominee program (non-express entry path - skilled worker with family support) Can I fill the forms with blue or black pen? specially the ones that require signature both from the applicant and supporter e.g. Consent and Declaration Form – Worker Streams (NB-005)? In another way can I fill my part with computer and sign in and my supporter fill it using pen later? or I have to fill everything related to me and supporter and sign it from my side then send it later to supporter by mail to sign it and that is it. or both of us fill separated files and sign them separately.

- Does anyone have an idea how long usually it takes to get nomination from the province ? I believe it is longer than express entry ?

- Can I apply to skilled worker with family supporter category and express entry in the same time and look for NB nomination for express entry and see which one goes better and cancel the other path later ?

You have to sign using pen, yes it takes almost a year if you go through PNP, whereas direct ITA takes more or less 3 months for complete process

Thank you for your reply,I appreciate it. But I want to make sure can I fill the whole forms (specially NB forms non-validated ones) with pen only? Can I fill the forms with combination of handwriting and computer ? because I have to fill and sign them first then I will send them to supporter in Canada.
