What we sent to NB were last 6 months and letter showing our details from the bank, but here it looks different

hi All, i am in the process of filling forms after getting ITA from IRCC, my wife does not have IELTS nor WES and i ma not going to claim any points for her, is it okay to include her details as per her original education??
another problem i am facing is that when i enter the family member data and click on save and add, it work properly, but when i exit and reopen the application, the data is not available, this happen 2 times, can any one help.

Hi Optimistic,

Check your gmail or Yahoo mail, NB must have sent you a letter of Nomination. This letter you will have to upload when you submit full application to CIC. There is another document called Document checklist - Permanent Residence -Provincial Nominee Class & Quebec Skilled Workers (Form # IMM 5690 (05-2016) E. This document check list you have to tick the relevant boxes and upload it. In one of the boxes, they are asking for the Nomination letter from the respective Province.

Hi GIVA333,

That's ok, no problem in that. As long as you meet the criteria of funds, that is enough. In my case also, what I have submitted to NB was less in fact. When I did a proper assessment of funds, the total assets were more than what I had mentioned. In new CIC application, I shall mention this.

I did this because, in case in future if you transfer funds to Canada, they might check the total assets worth which you have informed officially. One of my friend's sister faced this problem.

I meant wait for the cic ITA then go for your medical. The clinic will upload your result to the system. Hence I believe it is better to wait for the ITA. In your case book in begging of May since a draw is expected at the end of April. Otherwise, do the medical now and compile your file to have it ready to upload once ITA is received.

Yes, as per the instruction which I read, the document check list also to be uploaded, when we applied to NB, we had attached document checklist also on top of all the filled forms, don't you remember?

Excuse my lack of information regarding this point, now if i want apply the 2nd scenario which is waiting till ITA , what is the reference i will use when I go to the medical center ?

I mean I will just go there and tell them that i have ITA and i want to do the test or they will ask about specific reference like EE number or what?

Thanks Alwin, I will try to clarify exactly my clarifications as follow:-

1- in NB form they accept any solid assets like apartments , lands, ..... but with CIC they don't accept it right?
2- in NB form they didn't ask about disclosing any loans or credit cards debts with the bank but with CIC they asking for it right?
