NBPNP information session Dubai 2017

I am looking at the NBPNP information session Dubai 2017 link http://livinginnb.ca/survey/24-05-17/dubai-may-2017
The site only invites people with job occupation under 3 categories. Has it been always like this?
will there be a different session for general occupations. My NOC is 1225.

Thanks Pascal. Besides these 3 categories is nobody else allowed to attend the info session. will there be a different session for general occupation list? BTW , how to the others get nominated if i might ask.

I have just registered today on this site (have been reading the posts on this sites for over a year) , I am confused about the PNP process and the whole thing looks like a maze.. Would you be available on watsapp or can i make a quick call plzz ..I like in Dubai as well
