NBI Police Clearance

Hi Everyone,

I have a question..

I have authorize my wife to apply for my behalf to get my NBI police certificate. I am based in the UAE so I did the fingerprint here. Once done, I have sent the documents to my wife.

Fast forward...

When my wife got our NBI's, and mailed it to me (I have it just now). I noticed that on my NBI there's no finger print? but on my wife's there's one.
Is it normal like this? since i did not personally applied the NBI? But I did the finger print here in the UAE as per the instruction of the Philippine embassy and from the CIC site.

Or do I just need to put my fingerprint there on the blank space?
