Any document which you intend to submit for immigration purposes must be translated if it is not in "English" or "French", thats the general rule.
However i have no idea why they would want your national identity card, i believe passport should suffice - but anyway, you know your application better.
hey ksa there is no yes/no is question, i am asking from all forum members wether i shud send translation copy or not?
On the IMM0008 Generic form after the question on PASSPORT INFORMATION IS NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT
with a column with Yes or No.
From the checklist,National IDENTITY Card is not on the list so why submitting what is not requested.
Warning:-Do not submit what is not on the checklist period.
If you want to submit such document it must be translated to English or French and must be notarized.

Its simple man. either make new NICOP from nadra which is complete in English or translate it from any Notary public or from any authorized translator ( you can find it in courts ) . they will translate it and also ask them to attach of affidvit that they are authorized translator. dont forget to attach photocopy of your original ID card also with translation.
i would suggest go to NADRA and make NICOP its better if your NOC is not hot. gud Luck
