Names mismatch in certificates

Hi all,

I have a question regarding names mismatch in certificates.

My name is say A B.
My father's name is say X Y.
My mother's name is say S R.

In my passport - it is as above but in my birth certificate:
My name is given as A.
My father's name is given as X Z.
My mother's name is given as S.

Will this create a problem?

Sorry I fogot to mention, I am applying for Family Sponsorship through Outland.

Include an additional page explaining why there is a mismatch. CIC knows that different countries issue documents in different ways and they will usually accept these types of discrepancies as long as you acknowledge and explain it.
