Name of the person who signed not stated reference letter

Hey all,
I have a small question with regards to my reference letter, now thank God my company has approved to put the letter on a letterhead, stamp it and sign it too but the thing is the person who signed didnt mention his name or occupation just "For COMPANY NAME" and then he signed, is there an issue with this (the name and position of the person who signed is not mentioned).

FYI: I have a similar note from my manager signed by him but not on letterhead.

Please help me out thank you

Ideally name and designation of the signatory should be there. Does your letter head states the contact information of your employer?

Yes it does, but i saw many experience certificates in general issued with the statement authorized signature and that is it.

Just attach a LOE with the signatories details and preferably their visiting card.

I have an email from him saying that he instructed for the letter to be issued as i want
