Name in English?

Hi all,

In my country, the last name always goes before the given name, but in English they are converted as everybody know.
So, in the form "Additional family information", if my name is A B C (A is the last name), Should I write my name in English as C B A or should I write my name as in my passport?

Write your Last name as it is on your passport or else you'll have problems entering Canada.
