Hi, does anyone has info on why POEA can deny a caregiver's poea clearance although visa and POLO verification has been issued? There is a memorandum apparently since that name hire from Canada should use a licensed agency in the Philippines to (re)process the documents although visa and POLO verification have been issued and a flight ticket ready?..Can someone clarify on this as they said it is the new government's rule...really need your input to this ASAP! thanks.
