Is there a specifi name format which should be followed while filling the app forms?
friends, I am in the process of filling up for the forms and will send it in a week. My name format in all my employer letter is first name, last name. Should I continue the same way in the CEC app forms as well?
What matters is that you write your first name and last name in the appropriate sections as all your future interactions with immigration will use the same order of names.
By the way, if your employer does not have the correct order of your names, you should have it corrected.
Hi Senorita, all forms except the generic form just ask you write the name and there is no exact place to write first name or last name. So in all the other forms like background, additional family info, economic class, travel supplementary form, what is the best format to follow? SHould I go with how it is written in my docs?
Say John is the first name and Martin is last name, you can write it like so:
John Martin or Martin, John - the comma( , ) means that Martin is your last name. If you ask me, I would recommend "John Martin" and keep it consistent.
