My employment reference letter for a job I held in India has only my first and middle name on it, while my passport and all Canadian documents has my last name in it as well. Do I need to submit a notarized letter for name change? Please guide me here, even my bachelors from India has same problem, but I am only going to submit my masters degree in Canada.
