Name Change

Hi All!
Would request a little help regarding the below:

SSC, HSC & BBA Certificate Name: Md. Muhit Hossain
National ID, Passport Name: Muhit Hossain
Job Name: Muhit Hossain

While applying for WES or Immigration what should I do? Just an affidavit would do mentioning that the both are the same person? Or do I need to change my certificate from Md. Muhit Hossain to Muhit Hossain?

I'm confused here because certificate name change is the most troublesome process in Bangladesh. Should I be safe if I do an affidavit along with an add in the newspaper?

Just an affidavit would be enough. Add in newspaper is not required.
