Hello everyone, I recently got my PR, waiting for PR Card to arrive since July. I have assumed my spouse's last name on provincial documents using the marriage certificate. To change my last name on PR Card is marriage certificate enough or would I need to do the legal name change? Thank you
 
Hi I have been dealing with the same situation, did you get to change the name on your PR card?
 
Did you just use marriage certificate as a supporting document? and how long did it take you to get your new pr card?

I never changed my name, but yes marriage certificate incase of marriage meet requirement.
