I am an Indian citizen and currently working remotely for a US Employer on H-1B Visa and living in Canada. Once I receive Canadian citizenship next week, I am planning to change my name from ABC to AYZ to include my husband's name and last name after my first name on my Canadian passport. Do I have to file for an H-1B amendment?
Also, with the new name and change in Citizenship, Do i have to get a new H-1B visa stamped on my Canadian passport?
