Name change in IELTS

I have my name in passport as
IMRAN MOHAMMAD AZIZ

but all my certificates and other documents like bank accounts, aadhar card, voter id etc has my name as
IMRAN MOHAMMED AZIZ

I want to change my name in passport but will they change it in IELTS as well??

It wont reflect in your ielts but while applying for cec there is a option in "General Application form for Canada" to provide your other name used. In that you can mention your old name.
