Name Arrangement on international Passport

I just noticed that there is an error in the arrangements of my name. The middle name was used as my first name. The three names are correct just the arrangement. I wrote Ielts with the same passport . Please will this be an issue? I am applying for study.

Get a name change.

there is no such things are "name arrangement"
Last name/surname is lastname/family name/surname
first name/given name is given name along side with lastname that's usually different from others in your immidate family members (unless some likes to name a child the same as the dad or mom)
middle name is in addition to the given/first name.

If the wrong "name" is in the wrong field, the document is incorrect or you need a name change to correct the IDs/documents.
