Hi,
I (sponsor) am preparing application for my wife who is currently residing in India. We recently got married in India and now filling out our marriage certificate form. The question is how should we write our names in the marriage certificate? Should we write our whole name in the same exact order as shown in our passports? i.e. Surname + Given name (includes our middle name)? We just want to make sure there is no name confusion?

Also, in the indian marriage certificate form, there are also two blanks for both mine and my wife's residential address. Should I (sponsor) write my Canadian address or my Indian address (I also have home in India but don't have any indian address proof to support it) or it doesn't matter? Of course, my wife's address should be an indian address but wasn't sure about what do write for my address?

Please someone guide us!

Thanks!

Names as on passports. Don't think IRCC cares about what address is on your marriage certificate.
