I am planning to apply for the NAIT 2yr coop diploma in mechanical engineering. Can someone here detail on how the Coop system works as i could not find information about it in their website. My queries are:
How to they qualify an application for Coop?
When will the coop term be during the course tenure?
I saw that Coop carries 12 credits, so can i skip some courses offered if i opt for Coop?
Thanks!
My Profile: B Tech mechanical engineering, I also have another concern regarding Visa for a diploma having a bachelors degree. Can someone here tell me how to make an SOP to convince the immigration officers to award a study visa for a diploma, in-spite of having a bachelors degree?

1. Only if its a mandatory part of your course and school provides a written letter stating as such. Co-op can't be more than 50% of your course duration.
2. Mostly during summer time, but few starts in Jan as well.
3. As long you maintain a full time status and your school allows you to do so.
