I have a couple of question for some of the senior members in this forum hoping they'll share with me some of their knowledge or experiences. Thank you in advance.
Let's say I qualify and later on apply for a temporary work visa under NAFTA.
1) While in Canada.......Am I'll be able to apply for permanent residency under the FSW program? Or do I have to return to my home country in order to do so?
2) If I go on and apply under the FSW program while in Canada. What might happen if I have to return to my home country due to the expiration of my temporary visa? will my on going FSW application and/or process be affected or worst yet, be rejected due to the fact I'm no longer working and living in Canada?
