NAFTA VISA Change of condtions and extension of my work permit

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions about my current work permit and the extension.

Current Permit: NAFTA | Expires NOV 15 2016
Citizenship: American

Right now I have the TN/NAVTA VISA. I am under contract, but the company I work for offered me a full time position. I know my employer has to report to CIC about the change of conditions about my job.
What does this need to include? , I assume any changes to my job, employee support letter and the extension of the 'contract'. Also when my employee submits this am I able to get my salary pay at the end of the month or do I have to wait till CIC contacts us?

Also I will apply to extend my stay in Canada while in Canada [As soon as possible before, I want to do it sometime this week]. Since I am extending my stay soon, am I still able to leave Canada for vacation during June - November 14 2016?
