I have a question regarding the NAFTA employer letter or support. My potential employer provided me a letter with all the info the immigration official needs to know regarding the position, however, they did not state that the purpose of the letter is for me to request/qualify as a NAFTA professional, it just says "To Whom This May Concern"... and lists out the job info. I don't feel comfortable with just this, although I doubt the company will give me anything more, as they are a large bureaucracy. I am also worried about even trying to submit, as I don't know the consequences if the NAFTA app is denied. Does anyone know?
