Since last week I am trying to submit an application for OWP, and I can't, due to technical issues. I have shared the information with CIC, but no response yet.
My problem is: I can get to the "upload documents" section, but there is no button to continue to the next section of the application! There is only an "Exit questionnaire" button at the bottom of that page!
Does anybody else have problem with MyCIC submitting online applications, in particular for WP?
The CIC technical agents didn't have a clue. I discovered that one of the OPTIONAL documents needed to be uploaded in order to proceed! I don't know why they put that document under the "optional" section if it was required!!
