MyCIC will be down for maintenance between 4AM-6AM Eastern Daylight Time.
It means hopefully after 6 AM EDT we will be able to link our Family Class application to MyCIC without any delays.

everything is correct...they even ask alot of information including passport numbers, where they were born, etc...

Did not fix it for me. I have one more attempt. I tried family name / birth date combo. Family name / application number. (we don't have a UCI for her..since they never sent us AOR2) All information is perfect and correct.
Sigh.... I tried with the Application number (it wasn't recognized, but can log onto ECAS) then I tried with my UCI and got this message:

What do I do next?
