My account on mycic was locked after answering security questions wrong 3 times. How can I recover it as it says "your account has been locked , you can't recover it . "
I am currently waiting for passports required after requesting changing Visa Office .
This issue is urgent as I received a new update on ECAS " we have sent you correspondence on 28th September,... Etc "
That should be New PPR for local visa office , but it is in MYCIC mail and the account is locked.

i tried to call this number but it does not work , it is for inside Canada only . outside Canada number is not working . they suggested sending email which i did with no reply yet . the problem is that i am waiting for changing visa office email which is received in mycic mail box. I checked Ecas which shows a new update about a correspondence in 28/9 which is almost for changing visa office.
i tried after 24hrs but still it shows a message you no longer recover your account online..... will visa process going on even though it is blocked ???? please give me suggestion it may really helpful to me..

Thanks I called them and they gave me a new number. I called that number. Both are saying that GC key is only Username and password. But account locked due to security questions is not their concern. Both said to contact CIC. And they said that CIC will help only through email question@cic.gc.ca
I also have emailed them. Lets see.
Does this method of making new account and transferring nomination work? I mean do provinces transfer nomination ?

Does this method of making new account and transferring nomination work? Yes I have know few people where they made new account and got the EE application transferred to their new account,
I mean do provinces transfer nomination ? since you are transferring your original application so nomination stays but if you are required to make new EE profile you can request your province to transfer nomintaion to new EE profile
