My WorkPermit expired in juneand my 3 month grace period also gone ..

Hi

My work permit expired in june ...and now i am jobless because my owners closed the restaurant and they are moving to new location ..so they dont apply LMIA untill now , they told me they ill apply LMIA once the restaurant as open in new place ... my question is

1. I can stay with out work permit in canada for long ..

2. If my owner are not able to apply for work permit for me i can sue the company for keeping me for not paying money for last 5 months .....

3.. if they apply work permit now i can get work permit because my permit experied in june ...
