My Work permit vs Federal PR? Which i will get sooner?

My question:
1. Which of these 2 results I will get sooner??
2. My expected time for PPR?

I have 2 applications in process, Federal PR Application since 2020 April,
and GSS Work Permit since 2022 April.

My Federal PR is in process.
I also have a job offer from BC, but i didn't apply for BC PNP because later will have to choose Federal PR or PNP PR.
That is why applied for GSS Work Permit only,

2020-05-21 AR (Application Arrival)
2022-02-15 ADR (only birth certificate for name matching)
2022-03-07 AOR, Medical passed, ADR accepted (after 2 years of AR)


Applied for GCMS Notes for PR Application on 2022-03-29 notes arrived on 2022-05-17 says
Primary VO: Montreal Immigration
1. Eligibility not started
2. Security not started
3. Everything else is Passed

Applied for GCMS Notes for Work Permit today on 2022-05-26
