dear all friends i m in saskatoon as a working visa
recently my wife applied owp and she got refused :
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay.
In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
purpose of visit
limited employment prospects in your country of residence
Me and your wife have the same refusal from such as;
your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
purpose of visit
limited employment prospects in your country of residence
{except this one;your personal assets and financial status}
i'm from CIC-HONGKONG, where CIC did you and your wife filed the application?
Prior to that refusal i still re-apply my application before the expiration of my LMO. Through that i submitted some documents that will support of the refusal such as; my bank account, other employment certificates and title of our property.
As of now i'll still waiting the email and notifications from CIC-HONGKONG if all new documents i submitted will supporting my refusal.

If there is an answer i will write here to ease your confused...
What's your NOC code guys? Does that fall in 0, A or B? so you are allowed to bring family on SOWP? Did you submit enough proof of relationship? And may be enough credentials of spouse like if she is educated, her degrees and job experience letters?
This is not enough information to suggest any thing.
What about details of relationship? Were you recently married? Have children? How long have you lived with your spouse etc?
Showing funds is of no importance in my opinion in this case, though CIC can be weird so you never know.
I would recommend getting GCMS notes first, to know the actual reason of refusal, address that and only THEN REAPPLY. They might have objection on some document that you never know, submit again and keep getting refusals.

I am sorry to hear that. But this is the most generic refusal letter and doesn't give a damn clue about the actual reasons behind.
Either you should request GCMS notes to know the actual problem and then reapply or you could post details of your entire case and may be get some body's opinion, including on this very forum as well. Without that it is useless to comment.
