My Timeline as below
Invitation : May 2020
Lodged PR : 28th August 2020
Medical : October 2020
Biometrics : November 2020

My passport expired so renewed my passport and submitted my new passport in Feb 2021 and have been waiting since for the approval

Does anyone know when will they resume application process for the overseas applicants for skilled workers

Nobody can tell at the moment how long the process is going to take particularly if you are Outland.
Try ordering a GCMS notes to check where in the process you are in (Security, Criminality etc)
