my study permit is expired i need urgent hel.. please :(

hello,
I need some help regarding my expired study permit . i am within 90 days of period right now I got my offer letter from my college. I was applying my study permit. as I was completing my application form. but they are asking me to put study permit expiration date, and I am filling my expiration date. its showing me invalid. and asking me to write a date greater then present date. as my study permit is already expired, then how come I can write another date.
so I am unable to validate that application. I need suggestion and helps urgent, please

You need to apply to restore your status. Is that what you are doing?
