My step dauhgter with us pasport can travel to canada from dominican republic . Please if somebody know let me know

Was she included in her PR application or declared in her citizenship application if she gave birth after PR? Is this a temporary visit or longterm? Does she have a separate location for quarantine? If she is a minor I assume a parent could enter quarantine with her in a place like a basement or airbnb. What province do you live in? She would not qualify for health coverage in many provinces.

Yes she was on the application she is a minor only 6 year old , we live in alberta
