My Spouse got through with his refugee claim. Can he apply for me as his spouse since his refugee claim just got approved. Do we need to wait? If yes how long. Can he apply for my PR same time as his applying for his.......Please help.

If your spouse has been accepted as a refugee claimant, then he is eligible to apply for PR status. I think it takes a couple of years following a successful claim to become a PR, as the application is processed at CPC-Vegreville. When he makes the application for PR, he must disclose you as his spouse, and the visa office responsible for your nationality will examine your admissibility as part of you spouse's eligibility for PR.

So basically, when he's applying for PR he can also apply for me. Whether or not i get accepted is up to the immigration officer.
