Hello Everyone,

I kindly need a clarification. I worked with a bank for 4 years as an outsourced staff and got my reference letter from the outsourcing company stating that I was seconded to a bank, my years of experience and hours spent at work per week as well as my job functions were specified.

I just want to know if this letter would be acceptable since it's not directly from the bank but the outsourcing firm.
