My name is Rodrigo, from Brazil, age 32, married with 1 child age 2.
I have 10 years of experience in Industrial design, and I'm Mechanical Engineering Bachelor.
But I don't have a Ielts Test, neither a job offer by a Canadian employer.

Maybe I have some chance, what city is most indicate for my profile?

Are interested in immigrating to Canada or getting a temporary work permit?

If you are interested in immigrating, you can't do that without taking IELTS.

If you want a temporary work permit, you need a job offer from a Canadian employer first.
