I am applying for study permit online.
1. Should their letter of financial support be notarized or not?
2. I am currently employed. Should I include my bank statements in addition to my parents' or not? If I should, then should I choose Parents or Other in the "My expenses in Canada will be paid by" field?
Thanks in advance.
Notarization is not required.
Yes include it if it has funds, then explain your funding in your letter, choose other and explain in the next box.

what if its a gift deed, should I choose the option
other or
myself since the funds were gifted to me?

Doesn't really matter just explain correctly in your letter where these funds came from and maybe include a letter from whoever gave it to you because if large amounts of money just show up in your account its going to raise red flags.
