I received yesterday letter from CHC-London that inform me my file is close and they will refund my money during 6 months but they did not mention about my documents like certificates and others, Although I requested in my withdraw letter?
Now,
Is it exactly 6 months to refund my money??
What about my document? I should write again and remind them about it or wait for next letter?
How much they will detect from (1400 Cad) and how I can exchange it?

Is it exactly 6 months to refund my money?? Depends! you can never say the right time. They use regular mail post to send the cheque.

How much they will detect from (1400 Cad) and how I can exchange it? Deposit it in your bank account, they will change it for you
