my marks 65 ...due to ielts score..should i send documents and IELTS result late

i have 65 marks ..i want to reappear in IELTS to improve and get passing marks .
As my 120 days target is near should i send the documents now and IELTS test result laser ( before any decision will be taken on my application) is this possible
plzz guide me

If your application is before 26/6 VO will ask you to submit IELTS within 45 or 60days limit then you can submit it. if your application is after 26/6 then VO will not give you chance to submit IELTS after 120days period over.

For IELTS CHC will not give you 2nd change with new rules applicant after June 26 , 2010 once your 120days notice for full documents submition will finished, yes you can submit PCC etc documents if not ready then write VO/CHC cover letter, but for IELTS its not acceptable after 120days limit finished. thanks DEAR ...my application was recieved before 26/6/2010..
i m bit unlucky as my score was 6-6-5.5-5.5...if there was one 6.5 then score would be 10.

apply for new exam and send CHC copy from this date to that CHC will consider your delay....it happened to me before
