Hi, I have sorted the 8 documents which needs to be uploaded for my EE profile. Please suggest if the docs mentioned by me are enough or any additions or subtractions needed.
1. Passport: Colour scanned copies of First and last pages.
2. Medical: Scanned copy of Information sheet provided by the panel physician.
3. PCC: Scanned copy of PCC.
4.Education: ECA, Master's degree certificate and IELTS. Is consolidated marks memo required? Aslo, do i need to upload my bachelors degree documents as I didn't get it assessed but have mentioned in education details.
5. Employment: Reference letter, recent 6 pay slips. Do I need to include my offer letter and increment letters too as I have around 6 increment letters?
6.Proof of means of Financial Support: My bank balance certificate, 6 months statement and gift deed by my father. Anything else needed to show the details of RTGS transfer of money made by my father to me?
7.Digital Photo: My photo
8. Letter of explanation: My full name is mentioned with just "S" as my surname instead of full surname in my bank account as well as education documents. So got an affidavit explaining the same. Should I upload it in this section along with an explanation?

1) better make one pdf file for all the stamps and visas on passport. It’s not required but experts usually suggest This no visa stamping in my passport.
4) no need for bachelors. Better include transcript as well I submitted my master's degree transcripts for ECA. Should I get them again from our college?
5) better include offer letter and payslips to make your employment look even more genuine ok, will include my offer letter. But cant get my pay slips for the past seven years. Only recent six months pay slips will be provided on request.

include your name, the company's contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the signature of your immediate
show all positions held while employed at the company
include these details: job title, duties/responsibilities, job status (if current job), the dates you worked for the company, the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.
Should the reference letter be issued by my immediate manager or supervisor only or letter issued by HR also works? As HR is not mentioned in the requirements
