Sorry to hear about your situation. This is a public forum. Why would you expect that you will get visa here. If you just studied till Class 9, there's no practical chance of immigrating to Canada now. If possible, get at least until a bachelors and work in a skilled field for a few years and then see if you qualify to immigrate to Canada based on the immigration programs that are being offered then. No one is giving any handouts over here!

This is just a forum that has nothing to do with Canadian govt. How much did you lose in this fraud? Make sure to file a local police complaint as well, who knows if it could actually work.

Take it easy and don't think this is the end of the life. The scammers will likely getaway with your cash and you wouldn't qualify for a visa based on your qualifications. Don't stress yourself, this will be just another loss soon.
