This is making me rethink whether gift deeds are safe for submitting as POF.
Can someone tell me if they know any instances of gift deeds being denied as POF?
If not, can someone give me the exact procedure of obtaining a gift deed from my mother?
Gift deeds are always at the discretion of immigration authorities, but they are more than welcome and commonly accepted by CIC. The reason for the gift, the amount, the relationship to the applicant, all this is what decides whether the gift deed will work or not?
Okay. The gift deed is from my mother.
