You cannot cancel his PR status. Only IRCC can do this. You will have to lodge a complaint with IRCC providing evidence that your husband used you to get PR status. IRCC will then investigate and decide if there are grounds to revoke your husband's PR status. Follow the link below to report your husband and make sure you include evidence.
