Hello everybody,
I have have a question for you all and your answers will be much appreciated!
Few weeks ago I have applied inland for PR. My canadian husband at that time worked in construction company in full time position.
For various reasons (relatively low wages, terrible working conditions, etc) he wants to quit this job (very soon) and look for another one, while on being unemployment insurance. How this affect my application? Should I notify CIC or wait till he finds a new job? I am confused.
Looking forward for your replies.

EI doesn't effect the application and he doesn't have to inform CIC.
PMM
Keep in mind that usually when you voluntarily quit your job - you usually can't collect EI
Usually you need to be out of work through "no fault of your own"
