I am a Canadian citizenship, but my husband is a refugee in Hong Kong. He is also from Gambia. How can I sponsor him to come to Canada?

Were you living in Hong Kong have you been living together since then? Yes you can sponsor him if you can prove that you will both return to Canada and that you have the money to support your family without government help.
